the room proved to be a valuable option and remained very clean. the convenient access to newcastle was great, with travel being cheaper than a taxi from my home. the travel links to the city center were excellent. the check-in was smooth and easy, and the staff were really friendly.
i could hear constant noise from an adjacent room overnight. this happened on the first night. it frequently interrupted my sleep.

the standard double room was a good size. sufficient facilities were provided, including a tv, as well as coffee and tea provisions. extra milk and towels were available upon request, nice.

the hotel's location offers easy access to the metro. many shops surround the location. the hotel is approximately a 35-minute walk from the city center, a plus for those who enjoy walking. the area is quiet.

The hosts were really good. Any questions i had were answered promptly. the staff did everything they could to. the receptionist was always ready to assist and give guidance, a great feature.

the location was convenient, being close to various amenities. my room had coffee making facilities and that was helpful. staff was friendly and also helpful. i found the breakfast selection adequate.
my room smelled strongly like curry, possibly from the restaurant. i struggled with the limited parking, only a few spaces were available. the plumbing was somewhat old. the cold tap ran hot water first.
